One of the stories in Asher's current favourite book is about a Little Bear who makes birthday soup for his friends because he doesn't think his mother remembered his birthday. Asher makes birthday soup a lot. This time he's wearing my apron.
You wouldn't believe the things you can do with a pot like this. He's discovered he fits in it. He also likes to turn it over and play his favourite song "Kick Drum" by the Avett Brothers.This is us hanging out one evening. Asher is making birthday soup and Bella is barely hanging on until bedtime. If you listen closely, you can hear her say "mum-mum-mum" - something she says when she's upset these days. I love it....

i love this video, i miss you guys so much watching it....i just considered in a matter of seconds, the long airplane ride, quitting my job and wondering whether i could get a canadian visa:)
