About six weeks ago, I was holding Asher- this is Scott by the way- and we were pretend wrestling: basically I was cradling him and moving all around. And unfortunately, I pinched a nerve in my back and spent the rest of the weekend flat on my back. He won. But now I have been going to physiotherapy and doing a bunch of exercises at home.
